Patchwick was started by Zack, a software engineer with over a year of cloud engineering at one of the UK's leading telecoms businesses, and the founder of an independent SaaS product.
That background shapes how we work. Changes go out in small, safe steps that can be undone, everything is written down so nothing depends on one person, and you can always see what is happening. As the studio grows, every engineer who joins is held to the same standard.
